After a short strategy call and one onboarding form, we build and compliance-check your AI front desk, connect it to the tools you already use, and walk you through it — then go live, with you approving everything first. The build is usually within a week, and we keep tuning the system from real calls afterwards.

A relaxed 30-minute call. We learn how your clinic runs, what your patients ask, which booking software you use, and exactly how you like patients looked after — then, if it’s a fit, we agree the plan. No obligation, no jargon.

One short onboarding form

When you’re ready to move forward, we send a single form. It captures your clinic’s voice, your common patient questions and your booking setup — everything we need to build your system, with nothing for you to figure out.

Step 03 · Within a week

We build and compliance-check your system

We configure your AI front desk in your clinic’s voice and connect the pieces you’ve chosen — typically within a week. Then every line is reviewed against AHPRA, TGA and Spam Act expectations before it goes anywhere near a patient.

Step 04 · Go live

We walk you through, then go live

We get on a call, show you the whole system, run real test conversations, and set you up fully — you sign off before a single patient hears from it. Then we switch it on and stay on, refining from genuine conversations. You have a direct line to us, not a ticket queue.
