What exactly does Convayro do?

Convayro is a boutique AI receptionist and automation agency for small Australian aesthetic clinics. Will it ever use treatment names or quote prices?

No. By design, the AI never names a specific treatment or product, never quotes a treatment price, and never promises a result. It routes every enquiry to a consultation with your clinician — the approach Australian regulators point to for clinics offering prescription procedures.

Does it work with my booking system?

In most cases, yes. We integrate with the major clinic platforms — including Phorest, Timely, Fresha and Kitomba — so consultations land where you already work. Tell us what you run on your strategy call and we will confirm the fit before you commit.

How long until it is live?

After a short strategy call and one onboarding form, we build and compliance-check your system — usually within a week — then walk you through it and switch it on, with you reviewing everything before it speaks to a single patient.
