The front desk your clinic has been missing.
Convayro answers every call, text and DM your clinic can’t — morning, midnight and weekend — and turns enquiries into booked consultations. Purpose-built for small Australian aesthetic clinics.
Designed with AHPRA & TGA advertising rules in mind — no treatment names, no claims, ever.
Convayro is a boutique AI receptionist and automation agency for small Australian aesthetic and skin clinics. It answers the calls, texts and social messages an owner-run clinic can’t get to — day, night and weekend — and turns them into booked consultations in the software you already use. Every conversation is consultation-first and designed with AHPRA and TGA advertising rules in mind: no treatment names, no prices, no claims.
Every missed call is a patient who booked somewhere else.
In an owner-operated clinic, the person who should answer the phone is usually the person holding the needle. So calls go to voicemail, DMs sit unread until midnight, and weekend enquiries quietly cool off. Patients don’t wait — they book the next clinic that picks up.
None of that reflects your care. It’s just the maths of running a clinic on your own. Convayro covers the gap the moment it opens.
- 1:1
Mid-appointment, calls slip by.While you’re in the room with a patient, the phone still rings and messages still arrive — and the everyday enquiries are the easiest to miss.
- 6pm
After-hours enquiries go cold. Most treatment research happens in the evening. If no one replies until morning, the patient has already messaged someone else.
- DM
Social messages pile up unread.Instagram and Facebook are where aesthetic patients find you — and where enquiries die in a busy inbox.
- Sat
Weekends are dead air.Peak enquiry time is the hardest to staff. Every unanswered message is a booking handed to a competitor.
- ×2
Past patients are never asked back. The people most likely to rebook are the ones you’ve already treated — yet there’s never time to reach them.
One quiet system that runs your front-of-house.
Six pieces that work together — set up for you, in your clinic’s voice, and built around the rules that govern your industry. Start with one, or run the whole thing.

Every call, text and social message lands in a single inbox, against one view of the patient. Your team sees the whole story in one place, instead of across six apps.

It waits for you first. The system rings or notifies your team before it answers — it only steps in when you can’t get to it, and you can take over any conversation, anytime.
Your team. Their name. One photo.
After a visit, Convayro sends a thank-you with the patient's first name rendered straight into a photo of your team — then a warm, on-brand nudge for a Google review. It reads like a personal message, because it is.

Built for your industry — not adapted to it.
Most answering services and chatbots were built for plumbers and gyms, then pointed at clinics. The result is a bot that happily says things a cosmetic clinic legally can’t. Convayro is the opposite: every conversation is shaped around how aesthetic clinics are actually allowed to talk.
- Speaks in your clinic’s tone — never robotic
- Routes every enquiry to a consultation

Live by day 7, not months.
A simple, done-for-you rollout. You stay in the chair; we do the building.
Step 01 · The call
We map your clinic
On a short, no-obligation strategy call we find where enquiries are slipping and, if it’s a fit, map exactly how your front desk should run.
Step 02 · Next
You fill in one short form
When you’re ready to go ahead, we send a single onboarding form. It tells us how you work, what patients ask, and your booking setup — everything we need to build.
Step 03 · By day 7
We build & compliance-check it
We configure your system in your clinic’s voice and review every line against AHPRA, TGA and Spam Act expectations before it goes near a patient — usually by day 7.
Step 04 · Go live
We walk you through & switch it on
We get on a call, show you everything, connect it to the tools you already use, and set you up fully before going live. Then we stay on to keep it sharp.
The only front desk that knows what your clinic can’t say.
Advertising for cosmetic injectables and many other treatments is tightly regulated in Australia, and from January 2026 the TGA made enforcement a priority. Convayro is shaped around those rules from day one — so your automation works for you, never against your registration.
No treatment or brand names
Public-facing replies and ads never name a specific treatment or product.
No claims, no before-and-afters
We don’t promise outcomes or use prohibited testimonials or imagery.
The consultation comes first
Every enquiry is routed to a consultation with your clinician, as the rules intend.
Answers, before you ask.
What exactly does Convayro do?
Convayro is a boutique AI receptionist and automation agency for small Australian aesthetic clinics. We set up an AI front desk that answers your calls, texts and social messages, books consultations into the software you already use, brings past patients back, and collects reviews — all running day, night and weekend.
Will it ever use treatment names or quote prices?
No. By design, the AI never names a specific treatment or product, never quotes a treatment price, and never promises a result. It routes every enquiry to a consultation with your clinician — the approach Australian regulators point to for clinics offering prescription procedures.
Does it work with my booking system?
In most cases, yes. We integrate with the major clinic platforms — including Phorest, Timely, Fresha and Kitomba — so consultations land where you already work. Tell us what you run on your strategy call and we will confirm the fit before you commit.
How long until it is live?
After a short strategy call and one onboarding form, we build and compliance-check your system — usually within a week — then walk you through it and switch it on, with you reviewing everything before it speaks to a single patient.
Stop losing patients to voicemail.
Book a free 30-minute strategy call. We’ll map where enquiries are slipping through your clinic and show you exactly what an AI front desk would catch.
